How to Use
- Complete cuticle work, file/buff, dust removal, acetone wipe, and dehydrator
- Using the built-in brush, apply a paper-thin layer to the nail plate ONLY — never the cuticle or skin

- Apply base coat or acrylic immediately while primer is still active
