How to Use (4 steps)

1. Prep: cleanse, dehydrate with 99% alcohol or pH balancer, push back cuticle, lightly buff
2. Apply thin base coat — cure 30 seconds LED / 2 minutes UV
3. Apply 2 thin coats of DND DC #195 Hot Pink — cure 30s LED each, cap free edge
4. Seal with no-cleanse top coat — cure 30s LED for mirror finish. Apply cuticle oil.
